Yoga is a beautiful, very personal journey which is different for everyone who practices.

I teach my classes from how each body works, honouring the energy and how it moves as everybody is different and connecting to the mind, breath and movement with a nourishing and healthy approach. During my classes, I encourage you to make peace with your body, relax your mind, and learn to be intentional with your breath. I empower you to work with the energy and movement of your body, rather than against it, so you gradually become self-aware and move in a way that honours your body, what works for you rather than trying to reach a perfect asana.

I am blessed and very grateful to have also completed training with Kate Ellies in Embodied Relational Yoga Therapy, The Art of Teaching 1-2-1 in March 2019 and bring this approach in my group classes and also my 1-2-1 private clients.

The practice of yoga is as much a retreat as it is a challenge – it’s time and space to let go of what no longer serves you and I'm here to dive deep and connect to yourself on a whole new level.

Pauline's classes are a reflection of her own yoga and spiritual journey and honours your personal journey and working with your body and energy. She takes inspiration from her training and teachers and yoga philosophy and embodied movement Kate Ellis and working with the Chakras and 4 elements in her Vinyasa Flow and Mandala Vinyasa classes.

Pauline offers 1-2-1 private classes, corporate yoga and group classes and is passionate about sharing yoga and in people connecting to their own power through their yoga practice and building strength and also peace and healing.

Pauline is also available for workshops and collaborations incorporating yoga, yoga nidra and Reiki.

Qualifications

200 hours Ashtanga Vinyasa Training with Yoga London (RYT 200) 2017
50 hours Pranification Training with The Yoga People
100 hours Mandala Vinayasa and Shamanism Training with The Yoga People
40 hours Embodied Relational Yoga Therapy, The Art of Teaching 1-2-1 with Kate Ellis
